I swear some of you folks would probably spot pixel differences on our site from across a crowded room. For those of you who aren't as sharp-eyed, we have a new feature on the Main Menu. It's called "Sites We Like". It's a category listing and short description of other related websites. The categories run the gamut from cell phones to troubleshooting with a bunch in between.
We have over one hundred sites between the various categories. The project started as a collection of sites we kept as we were researching items or troubleshooting. If we found a good site, we would bookmark it for future use. It only made senses that we should share these with you. After all, we're not the only ones who have computer issues and need good information. This is an area we will build up. We have more categories under the hood, but haven't finished the proofing. Sometimes a site can change dramatically from the time you first bookmark it to today. Sadly, some resources disappear. The list is alphabetized by category and then by bookmark title. Click on any bookmark and you should land on the proper page. Some of the links go to a site's main page though others may go to an article on a specific topic. We even have a few pre-built search engine queries on common searches. One point we want to stress is that these are not affiliate links, reciprocal links or paid inclusions. We get no revenue from having these links. But if Microsoft ever starts an affiliate program for referring people to their knowledgebase, we might join. |
